About TopSet LLC
TopSet LLC got its start from a simple opportunity. Josh Newman’s family had been in the transportation side of the business for years — his dad owned the trucks. Josh and Tommy Fritz saw a chance to build something of their own around that foundation, and TopSet was born.
Today, Tommy and Josh run every job themselves. We’re not a call center dispatching subcontractors — when you call TopSet, you’re talking to the people who actually show up and do the work.
We handle manufactured home setting, re-leveling, site prep, anchoring, skirting, and transportation, based out of Waldo, FL and serving North Central Florida.
