When a new manufactured home arrives on site, getting it set correctly the first time matters more than anything else that happens after. How do I know if my home needs re-leveling?

Doors and windows that stick, gaps opening up at baseboards or ceiling corners, and floors that feel uneven or bouncy are the usual signs. If you’re noticing any of these, it’s worth having it checked before it gets worse.

How long does a re-leveling job take?

Most re-leveling jobs take a day, depending on the size of the home and how far out of level it’s gotten. We’ll give you a time estimate after the initial assessment.

Do you set new homes too, or just fix existing ones?

Is re-leveling something I need to do regularly?
